Abstract

The gas doped copper sulphide crystals and copper iodate are grown using single diffusion technique of crystal growth. Effect of    supernatants, concentration programming explained and experimentally studied. This report presents the morphological and topographical characteristics of two types of copper compounds  Copper Sulphide (CuS) and Copper Iodate Cu(IO₃)₂. The study compares grown crystals of both compounds with their respective ideal crystalline
