Structural, Morphological and Optical Properties of Ag & Sb co- doped PbTe Thin films

Abstract

In this paper, we report the preparation of nanocrystalline Ag & Sb Co- doped PbTe thin films and the prepared films were analysed by different techniques. In
addition to the microstructure, the optical properties including the transmission, absorption co efficient, refractive index, real and imaginary part of the dielectric constant and optical conductivity were investigated
