Abstract
Nanocomposite SiO2/Ni-Cu was synthesised using simple chemical phase method and their structural characterizations were evaluated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR) spectroscopy techniques. The prepared nanostructure towards Methylene blue dye degradation was evaluated by using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. It has been found that SiO2/Ni-Cu of Nanocomposite exhibited superior degradation ability owing to the large surface area and high absorption ability of the composite.
