Abstract
Li2FeSiO4 based materials have attracted a great deal of interest as cathodes for Lithium batteries for its excellent thermal stability and good cyclability. Li2FeSiO4 has been synthesized via sol-gel method using acetic acid as a catalyst. The sample was characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman Spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).All the results were analyzed in detail.
